- Copies of pay stubs for each applicant, reflecting a minimum of 30 days of income
- Names/addresses of employers for the past two years
- W-2s and/or 1099’s for two years
- Tax returns with all schedules for the past two years
- Bank statements for the past two months
- If self-employed, year-to-date profit and loss statement
- Current mortgage statement (refinances only)
- Current tax and home owner’s insurance bill (refinances only)
- Copy of the survey for your home (refinances only)
